Provides direct care programs such as case management, childcare, day habilitation and vocational training for people with developmental disabilities. Also serves as a gateway to other community resources through case management and support services for children, youth and adults with all types of disabilities. Adult Life Enrichment Program (age 18+) provides day habilitation in an environment conducive for growth and socialization for persons with IDD. Participants are offered a variety of structured activities designed to enhance their quality of life. Adults are grouped by their level of need and if possible their age. Class curriculum is based around seven domains; each domain is based on functional skills that clients can use in their daily lives, as well as exposure to activities that will expand their current knowledge. Examples of a few of the classes are: literacy, money management, community and social skills, computers.

Its purpose is to mainstream handicapped youth into regular Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops and Explorer Posts. Provides scouting programs that are adapted to provide success for handicapped youth.

Summer Camp is a series of six-day, five-night sessions for children and adults with a variety of special needs and their siblings The Summer Camp sessions are held at Camp CAMP in Center Point, Texas. Camp CAMP is 55 acres and includes activities like canoeing on the Guadalupe River, horseback, a new Aquatic Center, music, sports and recreation, arts and crafts, and outdoor cooking. CAMP modifies traditional summer camp activities to include everyone, regardless of the severity of the CAMPer's physical or developmental needs.

Services and support for persons with developmental disabilities or pervasive development disorder in individual, family, and foster homes as well as in alternative living residences and small group homes. Vocational Services and supports are provided through job placements in businesses throughout the community and at training and affirmative business sites. * Day Programs - 21 years and older who are not enrolled in school. Provides training to assist consumers to become employed or to increase skills in daily living. * Residential Services - 18 years and older Hill Country MHDD Centers provides residential services in group homes designed for 3 to 4 people throughout Hill Country’s catchment area.* Supported Home Living: support to eligible families in the community setting who might otherwise require services in an institutional or residential setting.
