May be a wait period. Homeless Child Care Services and Emergency Child Care Services: 210-206-5550. Emergency services are for parents or caregivers at risk of losing permanent housing, are victim of domestic violence, or suddenly become a guardian of a child due to death, abandonment or incarceration of parents. * If you reside in one of the Alamo Region’s eleven rural counties, contact the Alamo Area Development Corporation at 1-800-204-7905.
