 Attorney General of Texas- Crime Victims' Compensation Program

Administers Crime Victim Services to victims of violent crimes in Texas. Services include: crime victims’ compensation; crime victim rights; crime victim notification (victims receive standard information and notification on offender status and court events in order to better meet victims’ needs and enhance their safety); sexual assault prevention, and crime victim assistance training.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm

 Community Counseling Service of Our Lady of the Lake (OLLU)

Offers counseling services on a walk-in basis between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary. A training facility for master and doctorate level students supervised by psychologist who perform counseling services: marriage and family, individual, biofeedback, anger management, family, abuse and violence.

Hours: Mon-Thu 8am-8pm; Friday 8:30am-3:30pm; Saturday 9am-3pm

 Jewish Family Service- Counseling and Case Management

COUNSELING: Psychotherapy/counseling services are provided to clients with a wide range of problems including life changes, depression, anxiety, trauma resolution, parent/child conflicts, marriage/family issues, and other challenging conditions. Playroom to treat children as young as 3 years old through play therapy. CASE MANAGEMENT: Assistance and guidance with questions such as dealing with bureaucracies, job searching, budgeting, senior relocation, etc.
