 Bluebonnet Trails Community Services Mental Health Services for Adults/Children

MH services include screening/assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, medication, counseling, case management, skills training, psychosocial group, support groups, wrap around services and crisis services. Adult Mental Health Clinic provides services to individuals beginning at age 18 who carry priority population diagnoses. The primary diagnoses of those we serve: •Schizophrenia, •Bipolar Disorder, •Major Depressive Disorder.  Boerne Counseling & Consultant Service-Kathleen Gleason LPC-S

Counseling services provided to individuals, couples, children, adolescents, family and group. Ages served: 7-99 Ms. Gleason maintains several specialty areas such as forensics. She is recognized as a Diplomat Clinical Forensic Counselor, providing court testimony and has served as an expert/ treatment witness in many court cases. In addition, Ms. Gleason utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, with a psycho-educational approach for treatment of various issues including substance abuse and addiction counseling. Topics such as the disease concept, adult children of alcoholics, denial, family roles, codependency and recovery are taught. Additional issues addressed relate to Anxiety, Relationship, Communication, Grief and Loss, Stress, Trauma, Behavior, PTSD and Depression.

Turner of Life Counseling (TLC) is a nonprofit organization comprised of a diverse group of counseling professionals who travel throughout the San Antonio area serving clients in-home and at local partnering organizations. We currently do not accept insurance, but we do offer affordable counseling services on a sliding scale as an alternative measure. Payment is due at onset of appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.
