Counseling services provided to individuals, couples, children, adolescents, family and group. Ages served: 7-99 Ms. Gleason maintains several specialty areas such as forensics. She is recognized as a Diplomat Clinical Forensic Counselor, providing court testimony and has served as an expert/ treatment witness in many court cases. In addition, Ms. Gleason utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, with a psycho-educational approach for treatment of various issues including substance abuse and addiction counseling. Topics such as the disease concept, adult children of alcoholics, denial, family roles, codependency and recovery are taught. Additional issues addressed relate to Anxiety, Relationship, Communication, Grief and Loss, Stress, Trauma, Behavior, PTSD and Depression.
