ADRC Agency-Referral Tool

Provides direct care programs such as case management, childcare, day habilitation and vocational training for people with developmental disabilities. Also serves as a gateway to other community resources through case management and support services for children, youth and adults with all types of disabilities. Programs include Comprehensive School-Based Case Management (CSCM), which provides case mgmt. for families with children/young adults with special health care needs. Helps persons who do not have Medicaid in transitioning to adult healthcare.

Offers instructional programs in vocational-technical topics including electronics, and computer information systems. Other services include entrepreneurship training, business consultation, employee assessment, and contract training. Also offers programs in marketing and distribution, management, health careers, office education and training, emergency medical technician, quality management, restaurant, insurance, real estate, law enforcement, maintenance, health, nursing, food service, computers, and teacher certification.
