Empowers transitioning U.S. military members, veterans and their spouses to succeed in the civilian workforce through workshops, personalized career coaching and employment preparation counseling. Our services are provided at no cost to the transitioning military member, veteran, or spouse. In our signature workshops and online programs, you are individually partnered with a highly-trained Veteran Transition Specialist who works to: •Create a tailored civilian resume that effectively highlights skills and achievements •Translate military experience into civilian terminology •Learn effective job search, strategic networking and interviewing techniques •Get connected with companies who want to hire veterans

* Provides career guidance, assesses vocational skills & potential for particular jobs & makes recommendations for training. * Provides Job Readiness Training/Placement Services. * Provides employment for those persons who are legally blind. Also further exposes individuals to aspects of employment so they become more competitive in seeking and accomplishing their endeavors outside the Lighthouse. (Must have own transportation to San Antonio.)
