The Fairweather Family Lodge (FFL) provides case management, life skills training, employment assistance, educational help & other supportive service assists women with mental illness & their children in an apartment style campus. The Fairweather Lodge (FWL) provides case management, life skills training, employment assistance & other supportive services in agency homes located in the San Antonio area for single men & women with serious & chronic mental illness. Monarch Place, Viceroy Village, & Regal Village are apartment complexes that offer rental assistance for those with disabilities, specifically mental illness. Services include: A safe, stable & secure place to live, Life skills training in topic areas such as: financial management, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, problem solving, leadership & group decision skills, Case management services, counseling Must be willing to either work 15-20 hours per week or attend school within 30 days of entrance into the program.

Crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, hospital screening, and medication. Treatment of Major Depression, Bipolar and/or Schizophrenia Disorders that focuses on an individual's outcomes, selected services, tools, and strengths in order for them to recover. Developmental Disability Services provides services and support for eligible persons with developmental disabilities or pervasive development disorder in individual, family, and foster homes as well as in alternative living residences and small group homes. Vocational Services and supports are provided through job placements in businesses throughout the community and at training and affirmative business sites. Day Programs - 21 years and older who are not enrolled in school Provides training to assist consumers to become employed or to increase skills in daily living. Residential Services- 18 years and older Hill Country MHDD Centers provides residential services in group homes designed for 3 to 4 people throughout Hill Country's catchment area. Hill Country operates these homes 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The homes are funded through Home and Community Based Services funding. Supported Home Living- Hill Country MHDD Centers Supported Home Living program offers support to eligible families in the community setting who might otherwise require services in an institutional or residential setting. Trained and experienced staff provides children and adults with daily living skills and other individualized needs as determined in their 'Person Directed Plan'. Foster and Companion Care (HCS only) Both Foster and Companion care help the consumer with daily living activities such as grooming, eating, dressing, and personal hygiene-as well as independent living tasks such as securing and providing transportation, housekeeping, and others. Foster Care is usually defined as providing care to one or more people with disabilities in a family home. The provider is unrelated to the individual(s). Companion Care is usually defined as providing care to one person with disabilities in an apartment or home shared by both parties. The provider may or may not be related to the individual. Respite - All ages: Emergency or planned short-term care and supervision. Hill Country offers in-home and out-of-home respite for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Each developmental disabilities Center offers out-of-home respite activity by trained staff. Additional respite is also offered through contracted providers. Service Coordination - All ages: Service Coordination provides assistance for individuals and families to access support services that will help a person achieve a quality of life and level of community participation through individualized planning, authorization, linkage, coordination, and monitoring of services. Community Supports - All ages : Provides independent living skills training to enhance community living. Vocational Services 21 years of age and older: Vocation services provide an array of individualized supports that enable people to participate in work that they choose. Services are designed to assess interests, develop skills and abilities, and encourage participation in the community. People are supported to work in individualized competitive employment in the community, as well as site-based vocational training services operated by Hill Country. In Home and Family Support (IHFS) - All ages : In Home and Family Support provides small grants for families and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism living at home, with disability related expenses. The grant amount is based upon need and financial resources and may be granted annually or as a one-time payment. Home and Community Based Services (HCS) Program Waiting List - All ages : Links individuals to a comprehensive service system that is community-based.

A community for adults with mental health conditions, specifically structured to help members feel needed and useful through meaningful work during the Clubhouse hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm). Members are considered volunteers and participate in all tasks necessary to operate the clubhouse, helping members to develop confidence & skills for independent living, & opportunity to reach educational & employment goals. Membership is free, 18 & older only, requires a self-identified diagnosis of a past or current mental health condition, requires stability & involvement in personal recovery plan. Members cannot pose a threat to themselves or others while at the Clubhouse.
