CIHCP (County Indigent Health Care Program) provides medically necessary health care benefits to individuals who meet the income, resource, residency and household criteria; and who are ineligible for other state or federal assistance programs. This is not an insurance program. One-time emergency financial assistance to prevent utility disconnection, financial coaching, and budget assessment for income-eligible individuals and families. Case management staff provides a thorough intake and assessment of the family’s financial state in order to provide the best possible plan to help them move toward financial stability and self-sufficiency. Also utilize the Clothes Closet and Food Pantry to assist clients with obtaining their basic needs at no cost, reducing the client’s cost of living expenses. Referrals for additional Catholic Charities programs, employment, community resources and government assistance will also be provided to those in need. If eligible for financial assistance through this program, Catholic Charities will remit payment directly to the vendor.

Meld is a parent support program for share parenting information & learning from other families facing similar challenges. Meld Plus is a home visiting program that promotes optional child development & positive parent-child relationships.
