 Grace Place Alzheimer's Activity Center - Central / Christian Senior Services

In a warm, homelike setting, adults in the early stages of Alzheimer's Disease and related brain disorders receive individualized care by specially trained staff. The aim of the program is to maximize the functioning of each client while providing respite to family caregivers. The staff regularly shares progress of clients, information, ideas and suggestions with caretakers and can recommend sources of service in the community.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm

Eligibility Requirements: Early stages of Alzheimer's and related disorders. Client must be continent, be able to self feed and attend at least 2 days per week
