COIL helps Medicaid recipients that are in nursing facilities move to an independent living environment; contracted by HHSC through DADS to provide relocation services. COIL provides services and support systems needed to promote community integration/inclusion and self-sufficiency for individuals with significant physical disabilities. COIL offers training, relocation services, system navigation, problem solving and planning services for families, service providers, and various local and state agencies.
