The rental units are located in 71 communities located throughout the City of San Antonio. * SAHA administers 13,417 rental vouchers, which offer the opportunity to choose affordable rental housing throughout the San Antonio area. This freedom to choose allows the family to obtain affordable housing outside areas of poverty.
