 Bexar Area Agency on Aging (AACOG / AAA) / Legal Assistance & Benefits Counseling

State Certified benefits counselors provide free and impartial counseling and advocacy regarding public benefits such as Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Savings Program and the Low Income Subsidy. The program also provides legal services for seniors through a specially funded program in partnership with the San Antonio Bar Association. Services include Wills, Power of Attorney, Probates, uncontested divorces, single bankruptcy, uncontested guardianship/custody, uncontested adoption, and other services.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
