Responds to single family fires and major disasters such as hurricanes, flooding and tornadoes. Provides food, clothing, shelter and other emergency needs free of charge. Also provides round the world emergency communications available to the men and women of the armed forces and their families during times of personal emergencies. Offers health and safety education in CPR, first aid, water safety, and HIV/AIDS.

Offers safe family/safe workplace classes in a variety of locations at a variety of times, including first aid and CPR, water safety, lifeguarding, babysitting, child care provider, HIV/AIDS education and a variety of courses meeting OSHA guidelines. All health and safety training can be taught in workplace settings. Emergency first aid stations available for organized activities. Presentations, exhibits, videos and a host of health and safety-related products are also available.
