Acute medical, intermediate medical, primary and long term care services are provided for an estimated 16,000 Veterans residing in the Texas Hill Country. The Kerrville Campus provides such services and technology as: Primary Care, Mental Health, Telehealth, Community Living Center, Specialty Care, and Diagnostic services including lab and radiology.

 National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) / Military Records

Most veterans and their next-of-kin can obtain free copies of their DD Form 214 (Report of Separation) and other military and medical records several ways. Records are accessioned into the National Archives, and become archival, 62 years after the service members separation from the military.

National Archives: Online access to the Form 180 (SF-180) which is used to request military records. Veterans or next-of-kin of deceased veterans can use the online order form at vetrecs.archives.gov (or use the SF-180). The form also may be ordered through the mail. May also be obtained from veteran service organizations. The form may be photocopied as needed.
